How long is the warranty period?
Non-human damage.We will replace your broken parts in 12 moths. If you need to replace parts due to product quality issues within one month, we will deliver them to your address by free air within 24 hours.
What kind of technical support do you provide after the purchase?
Beyond the 12-month warranty, we provide lifelong technical consultation. If you encounter any operational issues, our engineering team offers remote video guidance and troubleshooting to minimize your facility’s downtime.
How can I know the price accurately?
Please provide the exact size and quantity of the doors you need. And all your requirements for color, material, window, door opening method, voltage, etc. The clearer your requirements are, the more accurate the quotation we will give you.
CanI get product drawings?
Yes. We will customize engineering drawings for your products. We have professional technicians to draw up the drawings.
Can I customize the LOGO?
Yes, if you purchase a larger number, we can provide you with customized LOGO service.
How do you usually pack your products for shipment?
We usually pack the door panels in wooden cases and the fittings are packed in cartons.
How about your leading time?
For regular-sized doors, our production time is usually 15 days after the production order is confirmed. The production time for large doors such as hangar doors is approximately 30 days. If you have an emergency, we can also arrange the production schedule for you as the situation requires.
