Structure Diagram

Door Panel

The core of every YUOU® sliding cold room door is a high-performance, lightweight insulated panel designed to minimize thermal transfer. The panel is constructed with 75mm to 200mm of high-density, CFC-free polyurethane (PU) foam injected between food-grade galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel sheets, supporting both medium-temperature cold rooms and deep freezer rooms down to -50°C.

Track

The top track uses a curved structure. When the door is closed, the door leaf automatically presses toward the floor and frame, helping create reliable sealing performance. When opened, the door leaf moves away from the frame and rises slightly, reducing friction between the sealing rubber strip, door frame, and floor for smoother daily operation.

Manual Device

Both manual and electric cold storage doors are equipped with dedicated manual opening devices. Through the mechanical transmission structure, the operator can push the door body smoothly along the track, helping keep the cold storage passage usable when power is unavailable.

The manual device combines low-resistance guide rails with a pulley system for smoother operation in low-temperature environments. The structure is simple, reliable, and easy to maintain, supporting daily use as well as emergency opening requirements.

Motor

The YUOU® cold storage door can be equipped with a special low-temperature motor to maintain stable output and reliable operation in cold room environments. Low-temperature resistant lubrication and sealing design help reduce jamming or performance decline under freezer conditions.

The motor drives the door leaf smoothly along the track with low noise and stable movement. The system can support button or remote control operation and can be configured with safety protection devices for frequent entry and exit in cold chain facilities.

Air Curtain Machine (Recommended)

The cold storage sliding door can be used together with an air curtain machine installed above the opening. High-speed airflow forms an air barrier at the doorway, helping reduce indoor and outdoor air exchange.

This configuration helps limit cold air loss, reduce warm humid air entry, and block dust, insects, and odors. For busy cold rooms and food processing areas, an air curtain can help reduce temperature fluctuation and ease the load on refrigeration or heating systems.
